NMS Capital Advisors, LLC (“NMS”) a leading global focused investment banking firm, announced today that it has been engaged as the Financial Advisor and Broker Dealer in connection with a $26,000,000 capital raise utilizing theU.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
The 201 Lexington Project (the “Project”) is being developed by Century West Partners. W.E. O’Neil has been contracted as general contractor to build the $234 million Project. The EB-5 capital financing is being raised through Bridge 201 Lexington NCE, LP. The Project is located in Glendale, California, the third largest city in Los Angeles County. When completed, the Project shall consist of a four building apartment community with 494 luxury apartment units. Unit finishes will include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, vinyl-plank flooring, luxury bathroom hardware, washer/dryer in each unit, in-wall USB outlets, Blue-tooth enabled amplifiers with in-wall speakers, and other best-in-class features. Property amenities include bicycle locker, onsite storage space, underground parking, party room and kitchen, conference room, fitness center, and an outdoor pool and sun deck. The approximately 8,057 square feet of retail space will be tenanted with businesses that provide additional amenities for the residents, such as a spa, restaurant, dry-cleaner, pet care store, etc.
