Located at the northeast intersection of I-35 and Cesar Chavez, future owners will be within walking distance of the Austin Convention Center, Rainey Street, Lady Bird Lake, and the burgeoning East Cesar Chavez and East Sixth corridors. The architecture and design has been hired to local renowned architect Steve Zagorski.
While this loan was for the acquisition of the land, A List Partners will also provide the construction loan of approximately $13,000,000.00 with a portion of the construction funding from the USCIS EB-5 Employment Based Investor program where foreign investors can invest into job-creating projects and thereby speeding up their Green Card application.
