Dave MacGillivray of St. Paul, Minn. based Springsted, a public sector advisory firm hired by the city to review the One Big Sky Center proposal, tells the Billings City Council on Monday night that there is uncertainty about $30 million in federally tied funding for the proposed development.
The Billings City Council went late into the night Monday learning more about the proposed $165 million One Big Sky Center.
Near the end of the meeting, council members voted to delay approval of a predevelopment memorandum of understanding on the project until Nov. 14.
One Big Sky Center is a downtown proposal to construct a hotel, office space, apartments, convention center and parking garage.
