Vermont U.S. District Court Suit Brought Against Canadian Firm By Receiver
A lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Vermont is seeking to have the former owners of Jay Peak — the Canadian firm Saint-Sauveur Valley Resort (SSVR), Inc. — pay damages of $84,250,000 to investors and creditors of Jay Peak for the company’s alleged misconduct in transferring assets to Ariel Quiros when he bought Jay Peak in 2008.
